Celebrating the Ancients Program
An Herbal Apprenticeship in Four Seasons
12 month program October 2005 - October 2006
The ancient wise women are calling us to re-member, to once
again practice the old ways of honoring the earth and Her
cycles, ourselves and our cycles. They whisper " Move with
the rhythm of Gaia, listen to Her heartbeat, dance through
Her cycles of Roots, Blossoms, Harvest and Seeds. Sisters,
come into the circle and know you have been here before."
In this program the women will gather to awaken the
healer/priestess within. With each seasonal cycle we will
celebrate the movement of the wheel, focusing our thoughts
and experiences toward the plants, Goddesses, physical and
spiritual influences appropriate to the calendar. Join us
as we journey back and re-member the healing ways of long
ago. This program is for women only.
The focus of this program will center around seasonal
themes beginning with Seed (Winter), Roots (Spring),
Blossoms (Summer), and Harvest (Autumn), incorporating
aspects of: Woman as healer/priestess, Medicine making,
Plant gathering, Seasonal influence on body, mind and
spirit, Connecting with plants vibration ally, Using plants
spiritually and magickally, Aromatherapy for the Seasons,
Seasonal herbs for healing, Connecting to a particular
Goddess for each Season, Ritual and Ceremony, Working with
the five elements.
Class Dates: 2005:10/29 & 30, 12/17, into 2006: 2/4,3/18 &
19, 4/29, 6/24 & 25, 7/29 and 9/23 & 24
Class Fee: $900.00 Payment installments can be arranged at
four payments of $235.00 This amount reflects a $10.00
service charge for each of the four installments.

I have to tell you that it was one of the most wonderful

goddesses, history and even crafts! The program was well
structured and she's an excellent teacher and mentor. The

I just finished up the Ancients course - I can not begin to
tell you what a great class that was and how much it
changed me......
Susan is a wonderful and extremely knowledgeable teacher -
we learned much about herbs associated with the different
times on the Wheel of the year along with the different
rituals that pertain to holidays on the Wheel. The Rituals
actually ended up being my favorite portion of the course,
connecting with the Elements and spirit was just
incredible.
It was also very nice to connect with a group of like
minded women.
What else can I say??? there is so much!!!
We did plant identification at Susan's home and it was
glorious to get out and actually see the herbs in their
natural habitat instead of dried in jars. Communication
with plant spirit was part of our class that day, and it
was unbelievable. (You open your mind to have the plant
